Welcome to Nakwin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Nakwin online betting and casino platform, accessible at nakwin.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on the Nakwin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all registered users ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and prospective users of the Nakwin platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Nakwin platform.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an account on the Nakwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Nakwin strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately terminated and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of Nakwin or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme — whether imposed by Nakwin or any other gambling operator — at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must not have had a previous Nakwin account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Nakwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

To access the betting and gaming features of the Nakwin platform, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number.

4.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Nakwin account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — regardless of the email address, name, or device used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Nakwin employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are confirmed, all associated accounts will be suspended and any pending withdrawals cancelled pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Nakwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify Nakwin support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate and not misleading. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age or identity — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account balances.

4.4 KYC Verification. Nakwin conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification document, along with proof of payment method ownership. Account withdrawal limits may be restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed.

All financial transactions on the Nakwin platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Nakwin supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players:

5.1 Deposit Ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Nakwin account are yours legally and are not proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by Nakwin's finance team within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page. Most withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB) are processed within 5–10 minutes during operational hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of operational hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions. Nakwin reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or a review of bonus wagering compliance. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Nakwin may from time to time offer bonuses, welcome promotions, reload offers, free bets, cashback rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who are fully registered, age-verified, and in good standing with Nakwin at the time the bonus is claimed.
• All bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiple is specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Nakwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a Player's account and actively subject to ongoing wagering will not be retroactively revoked without reasonable cause.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to exploit promotional terms, or colluding with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.
• Birthday bonuses are credited once per calendar year to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose account has been active within the 90 days preceding the bonus claim window. Birthday bonuses scale with VIP tier: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and VIP (MYR 2,688). Specific wagering requirements apply.
• Referral rewards of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited when the referred Player completes registration and makes their first qualifying deposit. Self-referrals, referrals to duplicate accounts, and referrals to accounts later found to be fraudulent will not qualify.

By placing a wager on the Nakwin platform — whether on sports betting markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, or UFC, or on casino games including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, dragon tiger, or arcade titles — you agree to the following betting rules:

7.1 Finality of Settled Bets. Once a wager has been placed and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be reversed or cancelled by the Player unless Nakwin explicitly provides a cash-out option for the relevant market. Nakwin's decision on the settlement of any bet is final, subject to the dispute process described below.

7.2 Obvious Errors. Nakwin reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, including but not limited to prices grossly inconsistent with pre-event market rates. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors may have their accounts suspended.

7.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all markets and games on the Platform. These limits may vary by game type, market, and Player account status (including VIP tier). Nakwin reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits at its discretion.

7.4 Technical Disruptions. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server interruption during a game or betting session, Nakwin will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. Nakwin shall not be liable for any alleged loss of winnings resulting from a technical disruption beyond our reasonable control.

7.5 Game Integrity. Nakwin's casino games are powered by certified providers and use tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software tools, exploits, or any other method is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Nakwin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Nakwin account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Accessing the Platform or creating an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform to launder money or channel proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in coordinated betting, match-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sports events or casino games.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating accounts for the sole purpose of exploiting welcome or promotional offers.
• Attempting to access another Player's account, or interfering with Nakwin's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your geographic location or circumvent Platform restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of payment transactions without Nakwin's prior authorisation.

All content on the Nakwin platform — including but not limited to the Nakwin brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game names, marketing copy, and any other creative or proprietary material — is the exclusive property of Nakwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without Nakwin's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Nakwin's intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, replication of Platform design, or misuse of the Nakwin brand in any medium — will be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nakwin and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Nakwin Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers, and/or any personal or financial information stored therein.
• Any technical errors, interruptions, delays, or failures in the Platform's operation.
• The outcome of any wager, bet, or gaming session on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages is not permitted, Nakwin's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nakwin's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Nakwin account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nakwin is committed to responsible gambling practices and player protection. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or coping mechanism. The following responsible gambling provisions form a binding part of these Terms.

11.1 Age Restriction. The Nakwin platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Nakwin employs automated and manual age verification checks. Any Player found to be underage will have their account permanently terminated.

11.2 Player-Controlled Limits. All registered Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods via their account settings. These tools are available at no charge and take effect immediately or within the timeframe specified for each limit type.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently via Nakwin's customer support team. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before its stated expiry date.

11.4 Nakwin's Right to Intervene. Nakwin reserves the right to impose account-level limits or initiate a responsible gambling review on any account showing indicators of problem gambling behaviour — including but not limited to chasing losses, rapid deposit cycling, or extended uninterrupted gaming sessions — regardless of whether the Player has requested such intervention.

Nakwin collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, including for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gambling compliance. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the Nakwin Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account and using the Nakwin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to Nakwin's legal obligations to retain certain records for compliance purposes.

Nakwin does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors — including FPX operators, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — is limited to that strictly necessary to process your transactions.

Nakwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, no fewer than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Nakwin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated at the top of this page under "Last Updated". We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between you and Nakwin relating to a wager, account action, or these Terms, you agree to first contact Nakwin's customer support team via live chat or email to seek informal resolution. Nakwin will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

If informal resolution is not achieved, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear their own legal costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
